    bicep extends more inward?

ok so ive always been irritated by this but my biceps are just as strong as anyone else i know but their biceps looks huge and mine are just not up to par.

they seem to lean inward than more on the outside and on top.

ive tried to isolate the outside more when doing cables and dumbbells but nothing seems to push them outwards?

    suggestions?

Bro it's genetics no workout will change genetics, mine are the same way. Just keep working them they will eventually add mass and look fine.

I find these exercises are great for adding mass, standing reverse curls with ez bar, DB hammer curls, weighted close grip pullups.

Like I said just keep working them they will look better once mass is added.

Biceps are the most OVERworked muscle, it's a tiny little muscle. You shouldn't be doing more than 12 sets for them. Sometimes I'll just pick a dumbell exercise, a barbell exercise, and a cable exercise. That's all you need, make them INTENSE, rip that shit and then let em heal. But yeah it's mostly genetics, don't let it get in your head. Curling is usually a movement that is butchered anyway. Don't use it as a test of your strength. Who cares how much you can curl? Compound exercises vs isolation exercises are supposed to gain more mass, so I'd try pullups using your biceps.

Yeah you don't want to go to heavy on reverse curls, you will tear your forearms up (in a bad way). Main thing is to focus on proper technique and proper range of motion. You never want to sacrifice form for heavier weight :-)

True some solid advice. I did biceps today and had some good hammer curl and reverse curl sets. I guess I will just have to keep at it

Great man, yeah just keep at it, they will eventually fill out. Don't forget to try and add weight each week or two, if you can without sacrificing form then that's excellent.
