Basically in my line of work, US Army Infantry, im over here in iraq probably for another 6 months. the thing is the war is basically over from the us involvment side. so boredom plays a major role in our daily lives. We all here have tons of time to spend in the gym and i am wondering how to get the most out of it.
Current Scheduale,
Day 1
Morning - 5 mile run, 8 min pace. / abs
Night - Bi's and Shoulders
Day 2
Morning - Agility and Speed training, Sprints. / abs
Night - Chest
Day 3
Morning - 3 1/2 mile indian run / abs
Night - Tri's, fore arms, neck
Day 4
Morning - Light cardio, 2 mile run 7 1/2 min pace / abs
Night - Legs
Day 1 ect....
alright so thats my workouts its all revolving because we dont have any sense of days or weeks over here. now im wanting to get more out of my workouts, i understand it takes time but i have all the time in the world. i find myself bored out of my mind after lunch and i want to go work out more cuz im ADDICTED. also i was thinking of switching to 3 a days but i am worried about over training. what would u guys do in my case?
now i also understand that 2 some of you i must have the "life" and its all you could wish for from a workout standard, but if you were in my situation what would you do to get more?
