So I'm going to the gym this evening for about the first time in a couple years. I used to follow all the routines of working out doing chest and arms one day, back and legs another day, legs and abs. Well right now I'm just not gut checking my diet and giving the gym another try. I'm small at 150 maybe 155 6ft. Just wondering what kinda split you guys would recommend for me. For the most part will be working out on monday, weds, and friadys. Always heard it was good to recover. But, then again I might be wrong. Just looking for any advice and a split that I could start this evening and continue with next week to hope to pack on some weight along with the diet.
