Bad elbows? Mine are all f'd up. I have to do 8 or so warm up sets before doing anything. Right now I only do tricep cable push downs, close grip bench and kick backs but I can't go very heavy on any of them

try floor presses.......since a started them i have definately seen changes in my Tris....
