ok so I was hanging out with some people yesterday and had the biggest cheat day I have had in a LONG time. I dont know exactly what i ate but im gonna post up what i do know....
this is gonna be painful writing this..
oreos.. about 10
2 frosted sugar cookies
about 1/2 poptart
1 94 cal beer lol
about 35 nacho chips, some with cheese/salsa
pastrami
grilled chicken w/ a bit of bbq sauce that it was cooked in, but didnt put any extra on it
1 pickle
1 protein bar: about 13g fat, 8g carb, n like 20g protein or something like that. prolly around 220 cal total
2 low carb monster enegery drinks 20 cal/4 carbs each
about 6 diet sodas
and to top it all off...
1/2 medium dominos pizza pie
I also had a muscle milk earlier in the morning
OK, so now that I got that out of the way and I am done crying I have a queston. When I got home today I lost pretty much 50-60% of my abdominal definition... i know i rlyyyy pigged out, but is it possible to lose that much definition in one day? is it water retention? I am like bugging out cause it is actually amazing to see abs one day and then... not so much abs the next. Atleast I know i have 0 toruble trying ot bulk up now...
anyways.. what do you guys have to say? Im kinda hoping for something like a water retention answer... but it actually looks like i packed on like 1 to 2 %bf in a day and i dont even know if this is possible. (This was all in a time period from about 3pm to 3am)

just nwated to say this doesnt look anthing close to how i usually eat, except for the grilled chiken and the occasonal protein bar
