Hey american oak, its really not that big a deal, there's nothing wrong with eating those foods(sparingly). I bet you it's all mostly in your head.

It is ok to cheat,, sometimes its good for u. Especially if you lifting is at a stand still. I've been steadily on par w my diet w 1 cheat meal a week for 6 weeks. I'm loosen fat gettn lean. I'm taken 5 days off from liften ima gonna eat a lot, cheat a bit, but when I get back to it I expect to lift my ass off w more intensity, it'll bump me past plateau... At least that's the plan..
