How long is it safe or wise to use?

Do you ever come off of b12?

Can you use it forever?

(I'm speaking of the inject able form)

Does VIt B12 help stop Acne whilst on the juice? And will tablet form work? IN the uk you cannot just buy injectable B12 from a pharmacy

Can you? I didnt know that.

It wont help to my knowledge, but Vit B5 will. Panothenic acid.

Edit: Its cheap from farmers online sites. Nice find. Never tried it, always wanted too.
