    Does VIt B12 help stop Acne whilst on the juice? And will tablet form work? IN the uk you cannot just buy injectable B12 from a pharmacy

    Can you? I didnt know that.

    It wont help to my knowledge, but Vit B5 will. Panothenic acid.

    Edit: Its cheap from farmers online sites. Nice find. Never tried it, always wanted too.
