hey guys iv been training hard for about 3 years and my training is going well. the only problem is im finding it hard to put mass on my pecs everything is looking good but my chest is letting me down. anybody now how i can sort this problem? thanks

What are your stats: age, weights, bf%. Also, what does your current workout routine look like?
try changing reps, exercises, equipment, and add some advanced tech like rest pause and pre exhaust supersets without more info really can't help much bro
ok my stats are: im 22 years old im 5'6 about 12 stone about 15-20% BF and im benching about 105k, hope thats some help
