    new chest and shoulder workouts

    Hi guys,


    Im bored out of my ass with my current shoulder and chest workout can you guys please help me to come up with a new one or if some one can be kind enough to post one up for me that would be much appreciated.

    ***disclaimer: a personal trainer did show me this, but two others said they don't think it's a good idea to stretch this far. i only recommend it if you're flexible and attentive to detail.***

    i've been doing a lot of incline fly work, but changing it up in the amount of stretch i get at the bottom of the motion.

    the key is to draw your scapulas in together as much as possible before you lay back. this takes the anterior delt out of the exercise so as to prevent injury. lay back and get in position. when you've safely reached a good, deep stretch, tear through it with some force.

    i've done these for almost two months now, and it's my favorite workout.

    Yeah that extra stretch at the bottom rotates the scapula in a circular motion and builds better density. I love incline dbs thats why I'm about to put them back in my routine.
