I'm on HST, i work out on mondays, wednesdays and fridays.
My gym will be closed on friday and weekend just for this week (WTF!!!) and i don't know what to do.
Should i use this week to reduce bodyfat and resume my HST routine next week or train just 2 days with my HST routine instead of 3 days? or train without resting for 1 day between workouts with the risk of overtraining?
