So anyway, I strained a tendon in my left hip doing deadlifts a week ago and get pain whenever I lift or squat. I went to see the physio and they say 6 weeks of avoiding those exercises /wrists![]()

I was looking to put together an alternative program that I can do in place of deads and squats during my 6 weeks. What's the best way of doing this? Do I just do all the exercises individually like leg press, 45 degree back raises and shrugs for deadlift?
