Thread: Back in the gym.

    Back in the gym.

    Hello, I am a 32 male who was a gym rat from age 21-24. Was 5'9 3/4" and 185 lbs at about 15% BF. I am now same height and 228lbs after losing my guess about 10lbs. I am now just two weeks in well should be over a month but I dislocated my kneecap, my first old man injury. Funny story. My friend has done a few cycles but does what ever the guy says who I feel is not that knowledgeable. I ordered some clen to get a jump started then that had to come from somewhere else so I order some anavar, but all this fell through. Probably for the best. I would like the clen but o well. Basally I am here because I will do a cycle here in the future. I am going to wait at least 6 months, I would take clen today. But I am here to gain info. O I worked in hospital for 9 years some I am knowledgeable about the human body and how it works. And something about why I am here is I like to know as much as I can before I do something. So in advance thanks for the help.

    wow I took some Pics I am much fatter than I thought lol. Here they are. I have much more than 6 months till I try a cycle. I still think I have a strong base to work on. Even through I have not worked out consistently for 8 years I have many times put together 6 months 5 months ect. so muscle memory should kick in pretty quick. Losing 30lbs of fat should take me about three months. Please anyone been through this and is now at their goals say whats up please. Ok now the Pics up bring it on lol

    Like you I was a gym rat all through my late teens and 20's. Stopped lifting for 6-7 years (got married, had kids etc etc). When I started back up...it only took about 8 months to be lifting the same weight that I was lifting when I stopped. I am now 38 and much stronger than I was in my 20's. So yes....Keep chugging along! Good luck to you

    Thanks a lot, yes I think I am bigger, in a good way covered by fat lol ,than I was back then. Some of my weights are close after a few weeks the big difference is the last exercises. My heavy ones are close but endurance not there yet. I have learned a lot on this site. I will not cycle till I am down under 15% BF. But to get there I think I will do a clen/T3 stack when I have done 2 months of making it to gym and diet. I know I have the genes to look good natural , but a beast with some help. I am thinking a solid 220 at just under 5'10" can happen

    My advice would be to save the clen for a later date.

    Give it 6 months and see how much fat you can knock off, then when you hit a wall go with the clen.

    Need to crawl before you can walk...

    You did not get that out of shape overnight and if you try pushing it right out of the gate a number of bad things could happen.

    Thanks i was thinking when I got down to 210 I would do the clen. That would be another 18-19 lbs lost. And that would be 35 lbs afor the year. But we will see
