    Wider Chest?, Bigger Legs?

    Fellas I need your advice,

I am switching up my training routine to put more emphasis on my legs and chest I am looking to add more volume to my legs and more volume to my chest and also make my chest wider but the most important task is getting my chest wider. My question is what are the best chest routines to build a wider chest and the best leg workout to add more volume to my legs?

    Thanks for the help fellas.

I don't personally care for the split, for instance I would assume you do bench presses on Thursday which is chest day, but benches incorporate a lot of tricep and you hit tri's again the next day.
As for changing to widen the chest and help with legs, it's hard to say without knowing what you currently do.

Thanks Big for the input my workout partner told me the very same thing about my split..lol Also my current routine is pretty much basic core workouts, legs: deadlifts, squats and calf raises. For my chest, flat bench presses, incline, decline, flys, dumb bell presses. My reps range usaully 8,10,12 with alternating weight for each. Sorry for the lack of detail Big im just being a lazy bastard right now..lol but I appreciate you helping a brotha out. But I am realizing I need to really rethink my routine I feel like it is really basic and I feel Im not getting the most out of my workout.

try switching the split around. I change mine up every month or so just to keep things fresh, but basically my favorite split is some variation of push/rest/pull/rest/leg/rest/repeat, something along those lines. on push days I do both chest and tri as there is overlap, on pull days I do back and bi as there is also overlap, etc.
also on chest day throw in some weighted dips, they hit me in a way no other movement does. I alter leg position to hit from different angles on different sets.

Sounds good Big, and I agree with you totaly regarding the dips, I love em. I must admit I do not often incorporate them into my workout and I realize now..why not? I cant wait to get started on throwing them in now. I have good volume to my chest I just need the width... my chest sometimes seem compact to me. But overall sounds like a great change up Big really appreciate the advice.

why don't you try 20 rep squat program to really add some size to your legs. It's an extremely hard program but boy do they give you results..
