    lower back trained with upper back...

    I for one have always trained my lower back (erectors) with my legs and my upperback (lats) on a seperate days...seems most of the pros do it that way, no? anyone beg to differ? got in to a bit of an argument with someone. WOuld love if anyone could in addition to their input point me in the direction of a good link...

    I do lower and upper back plus hams on the same day.

    Simple....on leg day I like to work my legs, and on back day I like to work my back.

    I agree. I sometimes do it with my back and sometimes with my deadlifts.

    I usually hit lower back hard on leg days and hard to light on back day. Starting to build some great back size so it must be pimpin
