Been one month off AAS, am I regular?

just wondering, been running pct for two weeks now after a 10 week sust cycle, lost about 8 lbs so far, wondering how much more i could lose? or if my body is holding it right now, will it continue to hold it? also, when should I run bloodwork to see if i'm regular again?

That all has to do with your diet, training, genetics, and natural holding potential. If you're above your genetic potential, you will likely eventually end up there once more. You best you can do is slow the shrinking process as much as possible by training, eating, and sleeping well. This is why nobody does "just one" cycle.
Since you're done PCT, the worst should be over. Wait another month, then get bloodwork done.

PCT is different for everybody. I eat more during pct than I did on cycle to avoid weight loss. I gain a little extra bodyfat, but I tend to keep more lean mass that way as well

I would expect that after 8 weeks you are either fully recovered or will need additional help in order to fully recover. I would wait 6 weeks after your last injection and or a couple of weeks after PCT before getting your blood work.

You need to wait at least 1 month after your last SERM dose before getting tested in order to not have an inflated reading.
