    That all has to do with your diet, training, genetics, and natural holding potential. If you're above your genetic potential, you will likely eventually end up there once more. You best you can do is slow the shrinking process as much as possible by training, eating, and sleeping well. This is why nobody does "just one" cycle.
    Since you're done PCT, the worst should be over. Wait another month, then get bloodwork done.
