Spreadsheet to optimise Front load and Tail to optimise cycle and start of PCT

Am about to start buying gear for my next cycle and could not find a calculator that would allow you to calculate the correct dose to front load or synchronise the end for minimum time to start PCT.

Will start with something simple to get the spreadsheet layout right, then will add in all the other options, Deca, Tren etc., so that it can easily be tailored to your own stack.

For the first version I will make it work to Front load and Tail end with Test Prop on a 12 week Sustanon cycle.

I will publish the spreadsheet for all to download when done, so that you can modify all the inputs for concentration and design of your suppliers products.

    Inputs will be :-

Test prop 100mg Half life 2.5 days 83.7% testosterone

    Sustanon

50mg testosterone propionate Half life 2.5 days 83.7% testosterone
60mg testosterone phenolpropionate Half life 4.5 days 83.7% testosterone
60mg testosterone cypionate Half life 12 days 69.9% testosterone
60mg testosterone enanthete Half life 10.5 days 71.99% testosterone
80mg testosterone decanoate Half life 15 days 65.15% testosterone

Has anyone got any thoughts they would like to add to improve the accuracy or quality of the spreadsheet?

OK Guy's got the spreadsheet working.

I created it with two AAS to start with, Test Prop and Sustanon

This screenshot shows how much testosterone is delivered to your system each day when you inject 1ml of 300mg Sustanon every 5 days.

Will play about with it some more and see what is required to finish a cycle with Test Prop to minimise PCT

I had expected to need to front load with Test Prop to get an even delivery of testosterone to your system, but found after a couple of minutes playing with the amount injected, you can get a pretty flat delivery without the hassle of lots of Test prop injections by injecting 2.1 ml on day one, then 1.1ml on day 5 then 1.1 ml on day 11 then 1 ml every 5 days thereafter is all that's needed.

Have to say I was pretty surprised by how easy it is to create a flat delivery of test.

Taking a look at how 1ml every 5 days Sustanon decays and how different Deca looks

Pretty rubbish how slowly Deca builds up in your system, takes much longer to decay

    Brewster,

I will answer what I can of your qustion in bits.

Here is the Test E graph

    Here is the Deca graph

I will see what I can find out about DBol active life and add a list on that.

I have not seen anything on how much test your nuts produce on HCG, but it's worth it to keep your nuts inflated regardless of what they produce

Looking at the profiles, you have lots going on in the middle of your cycle, maybe not so good at the start.

The graphs reall show you how long Deca takes to run down in your system

You've got the active life listed for the long esters, rather than half-life. Cut them in half.

    Bonaparte,

Here are the inputs to the spreadsheet.

If they are wrong, then I can easily change it.

The ester % is used to calculate the actual amount of test per ml injected.

I need someone to bounce this back off, so thanks for chiming in.

The Sustanon figures are for Sciroxx Pentadex, but are easy for the user to change

Well, although active life and half life will very from person to person, the best estimate I know of is to multiply the number of carbons on the ester by .8 for half life in days, and 1.6 for active life.
This method seems to align itself most closely with the average finding of studies (among dozens of participants). And we're talking plasma half-life, not elimination half-life (which is basically active life).

    Bonaparte,

Do you have any points of reference for the 0.8 for active life.

No problem to make the adjustments, just hard to be certain where the true facts lie.

    .8 is for half life.
None off the top of my head (or on my computer), but I've been deabating and thinking about this for a few years and that just seems the most accurate (and is the consensus among the most knowledgeable minds on many AAS sites).
But there is no "true fact", since there are many factors that come into play and will affect half life and active life. This is why you're really just wasting your time with this, since "roid calculators" already exist, but they aren't that accurate since this is biology and random probability in action, not concrete mathematics.

I'm enjoying these, Can you make one with two compounds with different colored lines for each one?

    Scotty,

No problem to graph more than one compond on the graphs, although all the Testosterone from the various esters is gathered to show the total.

I have not done Tren yet, but Have done Deca, so could show these together on the one graph.

cool i'm actually about to do a test e/deca cycle 300/300 a week. Both will be pinned twice a week at 150mg.

Phenylprop only counts as 4 carbons, since the phenyl group breaks off in one chunk.

Here is a balanced 300ml / cc Sustanon Graph using the shorter 0.8 day per carbon half life.

Although it's balanced, it's quite a surprise how quickly the test drops off, falling by 50% over the 5 days

Thanks Guy's for your help, reducing the active life changes the daily delivery quite significantly.

The roidcalc numbers are more or less in line with the 0.8 half life per ester carbon.

Here is the same Sustanon cycle with an additional 5 injections of 250 mg / cc Test E taken every 4 days.

This has a tighter end to the cycle to start PCT earlier
