    when/how to stretch?

    I seem to be losing flexibility because I don't stretch much at all. I've had problems in the past with tendonitis and/or tendonosis because of stretching, so i stopped stretching. maybe its bad not to stretch, or maybe i was stretching too hard, too much or just using wrong methods. can someone give me some tips or tell me resources such as books that can lead me in the right direction here? thanks

    never stretch a cold muscle, whatever muscle groups you are working on that day do some stretching during the workout and after the workout of the bodyparts worked.
