    How much cardio?

I've been a long time lurker(since 2008) and had only posted a couple times on my previous username(which I couldnt get access to because I cant remember the password to that email account)..

I'm currently 20 yrs old, 260lbs, been lifting on and off for 3 years. I'm 6'0.5 and what I believe is around 20-25% body fat. My arms measure at 18 inches, I bench 225x14 on flat, 225x7 on incline. I deadlift 5 plates and can curl 55lb db with very strict form for 8 reps. I can squat 3 plates for 8 reps. I want to lean out to 12-15% body fat by june without going below 225lbs. I have a few questions.

Being that my goal is 12-15% body fat, I don't really need a perfectly dialed in diet, do I? I am a broke college student with a lot of debt. I have a friend whos dad owns a deli, I can get pounds and pounds of turkey breast for over 50% off. Can three of my daily 6 meals consist of turkey breast deli meat? 50g of protein 3x a day with 2 slices of ezekiel bread each time? One of the other 3 meals would be 10 raw eggs(3 whole 7 white) drank in the morning( i cant get myself to eat breakfast no matter how hard I try, so this is the best I can do) along with oatmeal(i also drink this with either water or milk). The final 2 meals would be a plate of pasta or rice with 60g worth of meat protein(steak/fish usually). In addition to this I have protein powders and weight gainers.

So what would you guys advise me to do? I don't want to cut, more like relatively clean bulk. I want to be lean, but still be a monster. I'm bigger than everyone I personally know, and I like it that way.

SO TLDR, Weight @ 260lbs, 20-25% body fat, how much cardio should I do and what kind of diet should I construct with the foods available to me?

You should post your diet questions in the diet section, you'll get more feedback that way.

    As for how much cardio...

Wake up at least 3 times a week and do 30 mins of cardio on an empty stomach in the mourning.

Then, after your workout (which should be high rep too) spend at least 30mins on some kind of cardio.

You should be doing cardio at least every other day, for a minimum of an hour. Remember, it takes 20 minutes for your body to start burning fat (lipolysis) to kick in. So one cardio session should be 30mins or more.

    Good luck.
