I sometimes get rashes, but not often.

It usually depends what boxers i wear, It sounds wierd, but its true.

My tighter boxers dont cause rashes, but when i run with the looser ones, they do.

I run with boxers and long sweat pants.

When i do get a rash, i just put baby powder on it, and its gone in 1 day.

Get some Titie Whities and a pair of Under Armor compression shorts to wear underneath your sweats of lifting shorts.
