    Calves everyday???

Because our calves are probably the most used muscle that we have in our day to day life, what would be some good ways to attack them in the gym?

My calves are my downfall and need some ideas.....

Arnold always put them first in his workouts and hit them every other day for years. His rep ranges were very high doing sets of 50-100 or so and claimed that's what helped him develop a killer set of wheels. I have tried this and found I couldn't walk after a few sessions.

The other thing Arnold did was use mental visualization for his calves as he thought it was his most lagging body part. He cut all of his work out pants off at shin length so he always saw his calves during his work outs. Then yes as BigBuck said he hit them every other day.

Yeah he done that because he was so embarressed when he went to america, it forced him to work them hard knowing he couldnt hide them. I wouldn't recommend alot of what he did though, i'm still lagging in calves........................
