Was doing a bit of reading and read its good for increasing hunger and energy. Also read sometimes its a hit or miss for some people. Well I wana know who here has experience with it? Can it help as a great preworkout? anything else you can input???
Also anyone ever use vet grade B-12??? thoughts???

anyone notice any change in bf% when using it? of course if cardio and diet was spot on, but i was thinking in the increased hunger and more energy it could have an effect on your metabolism?
