This has got to be the ULTIMATE home gym!

    Check out my home gym.

It is 90% Complete. All I have left to add is a A/C Unit, an elliptical machine, water rowing machine and some lights for the stripper pole.
I might also add a fridge, but that's TBD.

    What do y'all think?

Yeah, I insulated the garage door. I'm going to add one of those portable Cool/Heat A/C units. They are $500 at Home Depot.

I guess your in florida where 90degrees and 100% humidity are the norm. I would love to lift in a hot gym, but I guess not that hot...LOL

looks good man but i figured the stripper pole would be in the house not in the gym unless you practice your moves on it?

I thought the tv was huge at first and then you turn the light on and it's not. Great looking set up.

Maybe not the best ever but still really nice.

Awesome set up! I like the dumb bell rack. If I had the money and space, I'd put in an olympic lifting platform and a set of kettlebells, and replace the punching back with a Thai banana bag.
