    Need help with routine for a female.

    Ok so a friend of mine knows I go to the gym a lot and train people from time to time. Thing is I train guys to get big. I don't really know how to train a girl to stay small but lean. I told her it's 90% about her diet but training is different I would think.

    She just wants me to write up a 4 day routine for her. She's 5'7 110lbs. She's got a great body but she wants the tone stomach. Her legs look great but that's because that's all she knows how to train lol.

    I told her I would do some reading and try to write something up for her then show her how to do the things she is unsure how to do. Any help is appreciated.

    In my experience training women is the same as training men for the most part. Unless she's running test she shouldn't get big and bulky no matter how hard she trains.
