Ok so a friend of mine knows I go to the gym a lot and train people from time to time. Thing is I train guys to get big. I don't really know how to train a girl to stay small but lean. I told her it's 90% about her diet but training is different I would think.
She just wants me to write up a 4 day routine for her. She's 5'7 110lbs. She's got a great body but she wants the tone stomach. Her legs look great but that's because that's all she knows how to train lol.
I told her I would do some reading and try to write something up for her then show her how to do the things she is unsure how to do. Any help is appreciated.
