Ok so i have never done 3day split before and don't
know where to start! I train for my hurling team (Irish sport)
2 days a week and will be doing am cardio also!
So starting Monday i am thinkin somethin like this..
Monday. Training
Tuesday. Chest and Triceps
Wednesday. Training
Thursday. Legs
Friday. Back, Delts and biceps
Saturday. Am cardio (or game)
Sunday. Complete day of rest
Ok so i am not sure about how many exercises and sets
training like this! Any input is Appreciated a lot
