As I stated before I am having surgery on my shoulder in a couple weeks. I was looking into doing a stationary bike workout to keep my fat burning going with my diet and came across a Tabata workout for the bike. It's basically 20 seconds as hard as you can go then 10 seconds of rest, 8 sets. Has anybody tried this and had any results from it? Its a little iffy considering it is only 4 minutes long, but apparently it is extremely hard. Let me know your thoughts on this. Here is a link as to details on what it is:
