So now that my gym is finally opened im looking into what kind of workout program i should try and do. Im trying to get cut but im not afraid to add muscle either im not looking to just starve myself down and run everything off. Anybody have a good workout plan they have used around my size. 5'8" 180 lbs about 12%bf. Ive got a decent build now just trying to push and get into better looking shape. any ideas would be appreciated but im looking for a 5 day a week thing working my whole body.
