I will be working on a week on week off schedule this Summer.
7 days on 12 hours a day, then 7 days off.
I just finished my first cycle so I can't cycle during this time. My goal is to keep the muscle I gained on cycle.
Realistically I'll be pretty tired during the week and be burning a lot of calories so I'm not sure if I should do strength workouts only this Summer and lower reps. I can workout maybe twice during the on week and then every day on the off week?
I also wanted to cut down the fat this Summer.
What would you do if you were in my situation? I'm sure someone has worked a strange schedule and had to deal with this issue.
What kind of diet should I eat?
