    Help needed for strength gains

I am not really seeing as quick an increase in my gains on my incline bench. I am working out with a weight were I can do 10 the first reps, then 7-8, then like 5 unassisted. Should I drop the weight so I can get in more reps, or continue doing what I am doing and give it some more time? I have not been lifting incline bench for more than about a month because I could never get a spotter. Now my wife is spotting for me so I have gone from using machines for my flat bench and incline bench to using free weights. I feel like it is more a problem with muscle stamina.

    What are your goals?

What is your chest training frequency?

Where in your workout do you place the incline press?

I would strongly recommend not doing incline BB and change it to incline DB press as IMO it is a much better movement...

If your reps/weights are not going up there is a good chance your not growing....

Answer the questions above and we may be able to help u out...

I do incline bb immediately after flat bench on day 1. I do incline db on day 4. My goal is to look good naked.
