My schedule is so messed up today and has been messed up due to sleep deprivation, allergies and other things.
Today it's finally caught up with me, I crashed at such an odd hour. So here it is at 9:00 p.m had 3 meals I'll be staying up a bit to eat more. I have already taken 2 days off this week. I feel like working out now, it's gonna take me 3 hrs. to complet. 1hr. stretching and 2 hours intensity. I'm not sure if this is gonna mess me up for leg day tomorrow. Everythings been pissin me off today, I guess mainly cuz when my diet or day is out of schedule I'm just bad to be around. Anyway I'm not sure I'm doing more harm than good by working out so late. Any u guys ever lift real late? into the wee hours of the a.m cuz your schedule been messed up?
