My diet
Upon Waking: 2 scoops whey
2 tbsp peanut butter
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs 4egg whites
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana
Meal 2: 8oz ground turkey
1 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 3: 8oz grilled chicken
1 1/2 cup brown rice
Train
PWO: 2 scoops whey
2 slices white bread
2 tbsp jelly
gatorade
Meal 4: 6oz steak
8oz sweet potato
1 cup broccoli
Meal 5: 7oz Tuna
2 tbsp peanut butter
Is this good enough to put on mass without gaining more then 1-2% BF increase? I also plan on cardio x2/wk 30min.
Cycle :
1-12 Test E 500mg/wk
1-10 Deca 300mg/wk
???? Anavar 30-50mg/day
14-19 PCT
When should I start the anavar and for how long? I was thinking maybe start it at week 8-14 so that I start PCT right after the end of anavar ?
I will be running Adex at .5mg x3/wk and will bump if needed. I also have caber on hand which if needed I will use .5mg Mon/Thurs.
