i was thinking monday - chest / tri
tuesday - back / bi
wedsneday - quads / calves
thursday - shoulders / hammies
friday - bicep / tricep
sat cardio abs
sunday rest

Why are working arms twice yet everything else only once? And I wouldn't separate hams and quads especially only a day apart. Something like this would work much better
Mon: chest/bis
Tues: legs
Wed:rest
Thurs: shoulders/tris
Fri: back
Sat/Sun: rest
or
Mon: shoulders/tris
Tues: legs
Wed: rest
Thurs: chest
Fri: back/bi
Sat/Sun rest
