pure monohydrate is all you need, the rst is marketing BS
absolutely right. monohydrate takin at the right times is all ya need. and its muuuuch cheaper than buying a "creatine matrix" with all sorts of proprietary bs that ends up being just fancy forms of sugars to help transport the creatine. save some money and buy pure mono and maybe some dextrose powder.
I will say that i have tried krealk before and the results were good but not as noticable as mono. and wayyy over priced.
Monohydrate 5g's pre and post workout..
creatine monohydrate nothing added basically what is natural in our body's. Why pay extra for fancy names of additives ? Iv used cheap and basic creatine monohydrate for years never done the loading phase that it says on the tub. I Just take 5g every day for 6 weeks then rest off for 3 weeks .. I hold 3 kilo of body weight with it . If you load it can cause bloat and sickly feeling .
Not a fan of creatine.. Bloats me up like a water balloon!
Mono is the tried and true way to go with creatine! KreAlkayn is just mono with a buffering agent, bicarb or baking soda. Stay away from esters, low bioavailability. However, I have had results with Con-Cret, noticed a hardness to muscle.
