I've always wanted to try them, I don't think I'd be able to use it for anything other than cardio though, I too would like to hear ppl's experience with them.

I used one to help push out some excess water before my first competition. I felt like a fish tank because I had so much sweat inside the suit! I'm sure I could have filled up a small body of water when I drained the arms and legs lol..As far as fat burning goes I'd say it depends on how hard you work. The suits are mainly to push out water weight.

I have used homemade sweat suits to drop weight pre-comp. I wrap my body in saran-wrap, then put on a ridiculous amount of clothing, wear gloves a hood a toque and another hood backwards to cover my face. I then sit by the fire for 30 mins every 2 hours for the whole day. works quite well. But for fat loss i dont see alot of use for it. If you use it alot and go in the sauna or train im sure its unhealthy and you could easily hurt yourself.

They're great for weight cuts BUT they suck the living hell out of you. Lol it basically helps dehydrate your body because you sweat so much and once you drink water you're basically where you were at before.

Good for short term in my opinion but not really for long term I run without my rubber suit 80% of the time.
