Wondering if cardio during a bulking stage is beneficial or detrimental to muscle & strength gains... I've herd both opinions, but not sure what is true.

Beneficial.
It will help keep fat gain to a minimum during high calorie intake.
It will also help keep your hunger up and thats great when trying to eat a ton in order to bulk hard.
Ive never suffered strength gains. Actually at my strongest I was doing cardio everyday PWO. And at my heaviest and leanest.. I was also doing cardio PWO
Agree w/Dukkit...I've always done cardio and it hasn't hurt me at all.
Definatly Benificial! Cardio is always recommended Regaurdless of cutting or bulking...
