    How to make the outter head on tri's pop?

    What exercises do you guys use to really make that outter head pop? Mine are lagging. Technique also

    dips bro but you need a dip bar that lets your thumbs touch if you can follow what i mean instead of diping next to your ribs your diping in front by your chest

    im also interested? do you mean by different angles of lean i.e. slightly forward to engage chest or try keep body straight-ish and isolate triceps?

    Yea I've done dips from day one of training and never heard of this method. Please explain or post a link

    i just re-read the post. . . ive never seen a dip bar like this but im thinking it is similar movement to cgbp?

    I always really feel it there when i'm using the single hand reverse cable pull down ... don't know exactly what it's called, but you all probably know what I mean.
