Any info would be greatly appreciated. I've searched through previous threads that were a bit dated so decided to start a new one in hopes of some fresh info. I dread leg days but when I work legs my hams and quads respond well. My calves look like sh!t, straight up. If there was a body part that I hated it would be my calves. I've heard various things like work calves daily it's hard to over train them, hit them only a couple times a week, and it depends on how you point your toes. Tried daily, tried a couple times a week, and I've had my toes out in and straight. Should calves get a devoted session? Do I need to hit them with heavy weight til failure? I'm asking because there are some knowledgeable people here
