    Advise on workout routine..

    What is a good workout routine ?
    I want a good workout routine that consist of everything, from abs to cardio, to legs and forarms everything..
    I need a routine for when I start my cycle and for when I get off it..
    I would like a routine that is 5 days and 2 days off

    Any suggestion?

    You're not even sure how to train and you already have plans for a cycle? I hope you mean bicycle because otherwise you're going to damage yourself. Lots of info here on workout logs, just forget about the sauce until you have a good few years of lifting.

    Actually I have been lifting for 2 years, I never said I don't know how to workout lol, I am saying if anyone knows a good workout routine, I am bored of mine..
    I usually do every single body part 2x a week.. But my routine hasn't changed..

    Go to the workout section and read the stickies and search specifically what you are waning to know. Put a routine together and post it for critique.
