Ive been training hard daily for a couple of years now and I still get incredibly sore sometimes. My chest is the worst and can stay sore for a week or longer. A lot of my other muscles get pretty sore as well. My roomate/workout partner never gets sore and has grown a lot faster than me. Is this normal and how long do you guys stay sore?
FYI I usually train 9-15 sets (chest 9 back 15 etc) usually 7-10 reps. I started incorporating rest days because i was having overtraining injuries but i did that awhile ago and the soreness is still the same
