I am trying to get some ideas on what people are using as their cardio after weights and how long?
20mins cycling 2x/wk post workout. additional 2 more cardio 45mins cycling on non-workout days.
What are your goals?
My goals are fat loss and Im currently running an IF diet and doing my cardio in the AM (just changed from intervals to moderate pace LIC 45 mins)... Im also going to add a short 10min Interval session PWO to try and create more of an EPOC and not burning to many calories at that moment in time...
Goals is fat loss, and almost ready to begin my lean bulk of Test Prop 100mg ED and Anavar 100mg (8 weeks) for 12 weeks. What is an IF diet? I was planning on doing 30-45 min cardio on an empty stomach in the morning with amino acid pills right before it. And you do 10 min cardio after working out?
