    advice

    hey boardmates,

    stats:
    26
    20% BF
    apprx 220-228 lbs (water weight consuming 1.5 gals of water daily)
    been training for 8 years--with no results, met some guys last may, got me down from 36% to my current bf, and also from 276 lbs to my current--so as u can assume im pretty happy with my results. (natural..until 10 wks ago)

    I tried a cycle of win tabs 50 mg--by itself-- not hightly suggested ino, but no complaints this way.
    PCT--lacked. my source told me, well nvr reli gave me a straight ans--just told me he'd get me big and tight.

    8 weeks ago when i took my first win tab, i was 24.3% bf--obvi diet and workout are in check.

    but now im thinking about var at 25mg daily, for 14 days, then 50 mgs daily for a while.
    what wod b the best pct? clo or nol? and how long should i wate b4 i start the var? time on=time off?

    i trust my source, but with the lack of pct, takes away from his credability. so now im leaning on the board bros to help me out. any advice is appreciated.

    25mg wont do alot if anything and yes time on = time off

    a pct of clomid/nolva at 50/25/25/25 and 40/20/20/20 should suffice

    but with your goals and if diet and training are in check like you say then you should drop b/f quite easily

    can you post your current diet with macros for us and how much cardio do you do?

    yea, i can post but the thing is. my source is also my pt, (personal trainer) so he does my diet. but i will post my current diet and also i will be getting a new one 2maro as he wants to switch things up for when i start the var. yea everything for the most part has burned literally rite off. i have a lower ab section that is a bother.

    off top of your head do you know what your protein,carb,fat,cal daily intake is?

    meal 1:
    1c egg whites
    1scoop protein
    2 servings cream of wheat

    meal 2:
    5oz turkey breast
    ⅓ c shredded cheese
    ¼ avocado
    2 small tortillas

    meal 3:
    5oz beef
    1c green beans
    small apple

    meal 4:
    5oz chicken
    2c lettuce
    ½c cucumbers
    8 cherry tomatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil

    meal 5:
    3 oz tuna
    4egg whites
    2c veggies (broc)

    2135 cals...59g fat...163g carbs...211g pro.

    as u can tell, my goals are to get as much bull---- off as possible (BF) and then worry about size/bulk/mass.

    did he advise 25mg var for first 2 weeks? if so then I would ask him what his line of thinking on that is as you have been told it will be worthless

    diet could improve but all in all it aint too bad, looks like he got it straight from mens health lol and you should easily lose fat naturally, while var is known to help lean you out, it wont make a drastic change at 20% b/f

    again I advise you to keep going naturally, hit 14% b/f then mabey look into a cycle

    if im honest I think you will waste money running var now

    If you are set on running something then have a look at ECA, its a ephedrine,caffeine and asprin stack, it is quite effective for people with goals such as yours

    thanks for honesty. lol kinda salty that im paying monthly dues for a diet outta a magazine. i cod did that on my own.

    you have to remember that for him its a business and he see's you as a profit, hence the var at 25mg and 20% b/f which only reason i can see for this is $$$$$

    but your smart enough to have not trusted him and came here, you made right choice, now for some FREE diet advise, post your diet in nutrition section and see if the guys there want to make any changes to improve it slightly

    mabey look into HIIT cardio, there is a thread on it in nutrition section, its a very effective way to lose fat and also 45min low low/med intensity (slow /med pace jog) fasted am cardio is very effective

    then dont bother with it, i only suggested it because i thought you were dead set on running something, but your right your better off without it

    stick around here and do some research on diet and training, there is many members here who have dropped substantial amounts of weight (100 odd lbs) for you to question and learn from, im willing to bet that you will learn more here for free than you every would of your current trainer, and the fact he knows virtually nothing about pct proves my point lol

    If I can offer some small advice, add a hefty serving of casein protein to your diet. Take it right before you go to bed, this will do a lot to keep your body from fasting while you sleep. Also Anavar should be taken in the range of 80mg per day, 6-8 weeks, for full effectiveness. My initial experience with Anavar was 50mg per day for five weeks and I wasn't terribly pleased with the results. I gained some decent vasodilation in places that I previously never had (chest and thighs), and noticed some improvement on my lower abs, but that's about it, and I was at approximately 13% body fat beforehand. Wish I had taken much more.

    ok update on this fellas. i have 100 tabs of 25mg tabs of var. as mentioned earlier, was told to take 25mg ed for 14 days, then finish off with with 50mg for remainder. (as i still have not touched these pills) i ordered some pct products from ar-r, SERMs, no AIs. is this needed? (just for future use/on hand). but my original question is--i think i may have ****ed up somewhere--he never told me to use these to bridge--and i think thas wat i was posed to do.? any help or 2cents is appreciated. also i have a new diet....161 g fat/ 82 g carbs/ 311 g pro. I plan on getting my diet in checks--at least 14 days strong/consistent before i start the var. also--gotta question on time on=time off---is that for the same cycle or any cycle.? example win for 8 weeks, then hope on var. or should i take 8 week break from all. searched but found no clear ans. thanks
