    Cardio and weights

Ok, so I do cardio every mwf for an hour hard, and then i was going to the gym and lifting. I did this on my last cycle and still put a small gut on from water retintion and didnt see as much muscle gain as i wanted. so my question is would it be better to lift weights in the after noon rather than right after my cardio. Also would it hurt to run with a weight vest to build legs up.
Or would it be better to work out after i run and then the after noon and rest tuesday thursday, or could i hit it everyday like this.

I'd go cardio in the morning round 7, good meals during the day, then my weight workout would be round 6-7pm

Either separate your cardio and weight lifting by at least 6 hrs or do cardio right after your lift. I would never do weights after cardio.

lets start from the beginning, Stats and goals please and current diet. Is there a conflict of intrest? there is no carbs in the above diet, you need carbs to grow, the above diet could be classed as a cutting diet albeit a poor one, cardio burns off energy thus limiting muscle growth, you have a lot to learn.

This. Depleting your muscles of glycogen pre-lifting is never a good idea. Get the strongest lifts you can after you warm up, then hit your cardio. Also remember: Rest is very important as well as Nutrition.
