Forearms tire while doing bicep exercises

A lot of the times when I'm working biceps, my forearms will tire out a lot faster than my bicep muscles. Does anyone know any ways to prevent this? Is there anything I should do to my form, or do I just need to work on forearm endurance and strength more?

I has the same problem until I picked up a three set of grip handles with increasing resistances I keep em in my vehicle it helps forearms strength and endurance, an as a bonus keeps the road rage at a minimum

Relax forearm during curl type movements. I used to have the problem but I started focusing on my bicep and quit putting a death grip on the bar, db, rope, etc. You only should hold it tight enough to hang on to the weight. Quit trying to choke it

I also spend time just working the forearms so that they don't get neglected. Usually on the cables. With that, I personally don't get any interference from the forearms (or other areas) with biceps. I usually try to get it in a stance where my core gets pulled on a bit, that seems to help keep the rest of my form good.

I find that throughout my workout cycle i never have to emphasize my forearms. Between dead lifting, pull-ups and any other pulling motion lifts my forearms get enough work already. However, if you do want to emphasize them still, my best advice to increasing grip strength is getting a pinch grip. They look similar to this www. home-gym-bodybuilding .com /image-files /homemade-pinch-grip-block-2 .jpg (remove the spaces from the url if you would like to see what the pinch grip looks like)
Basically weights are attached to the bottom which u can't really see in the picture but you get the idea. A friend of mine is amazing at this and even does his pull ups using a pinch grip!

lilman has the key....try to relax your grip and FOCUS on your bicep muscle. It took a long time to develop real good form, also the key is not to lift a ton of weight, its the biggest misconception about weight lifting...its all form baby. Believe it or not I had the reverse problem, being an ironworker and doing a lot of climbing and holding on my forearms are almost the size of my arms...naturally, I had to learn to relax my forearms or I would never get a bicep workout. controlled motion and concentration on the muscle you are working and ..watch out...pump..burn baby burn.
