    Ab workout question

    Hello all

    I was wondering what is best exercise to get the lower V shape (I think there called the external oblique ) in your abs?? I want to get them bigger and to poke out more. I already have a low body fat and they are already visible just want to work on getting them bigger

    There are a variety of exercises to develop your obliques and have them to poke out.

    Once you have mastered each exercise, you can start performing a couple of these exercise in the form of supersets to confuse the muscle whenever the need is felt.

    1. Cable Kneeling Twisting Crunch

    2. Cable or Dumbell Side Bend

    3. Cable or Dumbell Standing Side Crunch

    4. Cable Seated or Standing Twist

    5. Dumbbell 45° Side Bend (on hyperextention machine)

    6. Dumbell or Cable Russian Twist (on stability ball)

    7. Diagonal Cable Wood Chop

    8. Weighted Side Crunch and/or Situp

    9. Weighted Twisting Leg Raise

    10. Weighted Incline Twisting Crunch and/or Situp
