When i look in the mirror it appears as if my shoulders sit to far forward, any tips on how to bring them back more so my chest sticks out?
1. Rear Shoulder Smith Machine Press (3-4 sets)
2. Rear Shoulder Flyes with either dumbells or with a rear shoulder machine (3-4 sets)
3. Standing Face Cable Pull (3-4 sets)
Perform these exercises on your shoulder day, preferably start your routine with these movements. Increase the weights as you progress in strength and condition, keeping in mind that isolation of the targeted muscle groups comes first by maintaining the correct form in each exercise.
