Monday: Chest-Triceps-Quadriceps
Wednesday:Back-Biceps-Calves
Friday: Shoulders-Hamstrings-Glute
You can do abs and/or cardio with this routine however it fits your schedule, you can hit abs and cardio harder if you do them on your off days, obviously.
quads with chest and triceps? wouldnt it be too much?
How about
Mon Upper (horizontal push/pull) do 10sets of X reps for your chest movement (GVT) and 4-5 sets for rows
Wed legs GVT sets/reps for squats and add in a few accessory exercises
Fri Vertical push/pull GVT sets/reps for pullups or pull downs and a few accessory exercises i.e. dips, OHP, shrugs
