    Quick questions on cooking oils

We use Coconut Oil and EVOO to cook with. Not much, but do you factor these into your daily macros?

Yes, factor them in. Make sure you don't cook on too high a heat with the EVOO.

Thank you Stem. Having trouble with the daily fats. Too high. Protein is good, carbs are good. Iwill get what I am thinking about up today, never tried to diet, but I want to experiment with my body and get the rest of fat off.

I am at work and left all my notes at the house, so I will get waht I got up later.

I added natty p. butter to some shakes yesterday to up the protein, but then my fat went too high when I added it up.

    [B]Meal 3 10:30 Protein Shake 40g protein 4 carbs 7.5 fat from natty p.butter

Meal 4 1:30 6oz chicken breast and a lot of raw spinach w/ balsamic vinegar and EVOO

Meal 5 5:00 same as above

    6:30 more cardio 30min stairs

meal 6 7:30 Ono or Opah or Salmon fish filet- Quinoa or Brown rice

I don't see how your daily fat intake is ''too high'' concerning your stats and amount of energy used/cals burned throughout the day.

Personally I not a fan of cooking with EVOO at all. Coconut oil, yes. Animal fats... Yes. High-heat applications with EVOO? No.

That said, yes... I do factor them into my daily macros/kcals.

I was doing 3 whole eggs, but switched that up.

We have grapeseed oil also, will start using that instead of the EVOO. I was aware of the conversion. My coconut oil says 280 degrees is when it converts, but I thought that Virgin coco didnt matter?

Yeah ur right it doesnt look that bad? I was adding them up last night and it was like 954 pro 450 carb and 400 fat? These are not exact. This was w/out factoring in the oils. I will have it all later.

Just got a Jump Rope the other day and I love it.
My morning Cardio, besides the run, is: No breaks
    1:30 Jump Rope
    25 Burpees
    25 jump squats
over head medicine ball throws against the wall with a 20lbs ball
    Situps holdin the ball
10 sprints up and down the BB court
repeat 5 times 1 min break between each round
    Its a killer
