    Help Shredding Fat

    Whats up everyone. I am fairly new to this forum... i have been dieting and exercising (ie. weights/running) religously since the first of the year. I started at 212lbs and have dropped my weight to 190-192 as of today. My question is...any thoughts that could help me shredd that belly fat quicker? I am running 3 miles 4 times a week and working abs as well. Thanks guys.

    Diet: Grilled Chicken/Talapia/Salmon/Tuna/Fresh Vegitables/brown rice/yoguart/ bananas (I try to keep it simple)
    WATER (ALOT!)
    Supplements: NO2 / C4 / Chromic Fuel / 1 a day Vita. /

    From what I've read it's all about diet to lose that last little bit around the gut. If you head over to the diet section and post what you eat everyday with the macros. Someone will help you out.

    just keep at it, youve made good progress so far. I would suggest losing the yogurt and banana, cutting all sugars is helpful for cutting, also you must be selective of which vegetables you eat.

    Awful post when you want help! Some folk read and post later. Lots of folk read and don't post at all!

    Why don't you head to the Nutrition Forum and read the cutting sticky and post your diet including macro's and you'll be critiqued!

    You ain't going to get anywhere with a post like that. People have lives you know. They don't sit on this forum all day every day answering people like you.

    What's with all these new users lately expecting everyone to do the work for them.

    Without any further details from you regarding your diet (timings and amounts) and training program, i guess the quick answer is: eat less, exercise more.

    The foods in your diet and you exercise sounds okay but the amounts are what is critical. Figure out your TDEE then pick a macro ratio that you can live with, 40/30/30, 50/30/20 or whatever and stick to it. Get that settled, post a detailed meal plan, then the advice will fly. Good luck!

    your diet looks nice and simple thats the best way, cut out the brown rice if you want to be really hardcore and just eat the protein and veggie for a few wekks, run 20 miles a week not 5 and you will lose the fat in no time, just a thought : )

    LOL Not sure how pointing that out is going to help you reach your goals.

    It's not my fault your inability to understand that developing valid responses takes time. It's also not my fault that if people do not respond to your requests immediately, you feel the dire need to refer to this forum as "awful". As a fellow member in helping you achieve your goals, I would steer clear of the name calling and impetuous remarks and maybe some insightful people will chime in to help you achieve your goal. A post like the one you made, goes completely against this, hence "f#*cked up people will view but not help with any advice".

    Actually Falco.. If you read my original post i was asking for advice on exercises to help burn fat that maybe i hadnt tried... Asking experienced people their thoughts... Not asking for steroid advice or cycle advice.. Simple exercise advice. You on the other hand posted a response to bash me about not doing my own homework which makes no sence. I never asked anyone to do the leg work on any info. Just asked for thoughts. And clearly if u had enough time to make a sarcastic response... You could have just answered the question or moved on. People like you with the dick head comments are the reason new members leave the forum.

    After your second post, I'm surprised anyone would help you at all. The only reason anyone was being a dick to you is because you came on here acting like a dick.
    And if that is your attitude your probably better off leaving the forum. Everyone here is extremely nice and goes out of there way to help others.
