    Injection site

Hey guys I was just curious if there is a benefit to switching the injection site for test. I do two injections a week and I switch shoulders but should I start injecting in my butt or thigh?

Most people I believe switch up. There are numerous places you can pin

    Visit, spotin jections.com

take out the space between the 'n' and 'j'

Same locations all the time can get old. I rotate shoulders and glutes (basically hips.) Quads just scare me for some reason. Spot Injections is a good site. I've referred many people there as well.

I do quads and glutes. Glutes by far feel the best. I can't squat the day after getting a shot in my thigh. The cramps are too much.

I do the delts 2 x week exclusively. Slow in & slow out. The delts are also large enough that you never have to pin the same spot over & over. Never felt a need to switch it up.

A little perspective here: Brother your delts appear larger than most!

Oh, well that's from my finishing sets of Lateral Raises @ 15 reps with 20 lb T-Bones in each hand. Then I toss ‘em on the grill...

I might try delts this weekend. Did a quad injection this past weekend and a ton of blood came out after I pulled the needle out. Im sure I went through a vein. I aspirated tho so Im pretty sure I didnt inject into the vein. As I lose more weight, I can start to see the outline of veins in my quads, and there is a $hit load of them.
